Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, including specialty cocktails and seasonal beverages
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beer
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote drink specials
- Knowledge of food industry regulations regarding alcohol service

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
